Qi To Wellness is the manifestation of an intention to live with integrity and authenticity, heal bodies as well as communities, offer a path toward empowerment, and create a positive ripple in the world.
My teens and early adult life were plagued with illness. I was often hospitalized and found little relief from traditional remedies. On the advice of a holistic physician, revising my attitude and making different choices allowed my health to turn a corner and ushered in a a strong desire to live in wellness.
Today, I love my life. I enjoy balance, amazing health, and natural energy. The ability to live free of pain, discomfort, and illness is a conscious choice I make every day. My own self-care practices include listening, laughing, preparing life-giving meals, nature walking, yoga, jumprope, sleep, gardening, and connecting. One of my most soul-satisfying experiences was washing the feet of elders at a women's spiritual retreat ... a joyful opportunity to honor those who have given much throughout their lives.
As a holistic health coach, I empower others to find balance and energy through mindful eating, detoxification, healthy shopping, kitchen basics, clean cooking and eating, and living foods. I specialize in transitioning to healthy lifestyles, as well as preconception and postpartum nutrition.
Reiki work allows the healer in me to help others rediscover their own healing power and experience improved energy, pain relief, higher consciousness, deeper relaxation, powerful bonding and rejuvenation.
