Humans are holistic beings. Our physical status impacts our emotional and psychological state, which in turn effects our spiritual strength. Energy work raises the vibrational frequency of the body, promotes deep relaxation and activates psychological and emotional healing which can lead to improved energy, higher consciousness, release of hurt, worry, fear (anxiety) or anger, breaking of emotional addictions, infusing in their place increased vitality, a sense of calm, tranquility, security, wellbeing, and overall rejuvenation.

And so perhaps the greatest benefit for those receiving regular energy sessions is emotional clarity, the renewed ability to envision the possibility of positive outcomes and the encouragement to be an active participant in the unfolding of one's life.

At Qi To Wellness, we specialize in several energy therapies, including Reiki and Chakra clearing/balancing...

CHAKRAS

Chakras are centers of life energy (qi or chi) located in our etheric body that correspond to vital points in the physical body. Our chakras vibrate (or spin) as we receive, process and transmit energy, integrating our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical selves.

At Qi To Wellness, chakra sessions  include some Reiki.

At Qi To Wellness, chakra sessions  include some Reiki.

Choose a chakra session if you are ...

off-balance, stuck or out of sorts

disconnected or numb

harboring resentment, fear, guilt or unable to release emotional pain

frequently clumsy or accident-prone

unable to manifest your purpose

Hundreds of major and minor chakras span the body from various levels of  consciousness. Each chakra has its own characteristics and purpose. Through daily life events and situations the chakras can become unbalanced and manifest symptoms recognized in the mind, body or spirit.

In sessions, we focus on the 7 major chakras (crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, root) and their attributes with the goal of  clearing and re-aligning in order to return the natural positive flow of energy to the individual.

REIKI

Reiki is an ancient non-invasive healing art utilizing the Universal Energy to promote health through mental, emotional and physical balance. This modality is simple and is done by the trained and attuned practitioner placing hands on or above the receiver's body.

Increasingly, medical research shows the usefulness of Reiki in pain relief and management, increased healing, and regulation of blood pressure. As the research continues, acceptance in the medical community is growing, and today doctors, nurses, health professionals, and an expanding number of medical centers now recommend and/or incorporate Reiki as a part of their total patient care.

What Reiki is best known for is awakening positive energy that activates healing, creating an inner environment for the body to release tension and stress. As a result, those who experience Reiki are often surprised by its unexpected, and often subtle benefits.

Remember, pure energy seeks balance in the body, so anyone seeking physical, emotional and spiritual balance and improved energy flow may find value in Reiki sessions, alone or complementary to medical treatment and other healing modalities, especially those that address the flow (regulation) of the endocrine and immune systems.

Physically, Reiki has been reported to help relieve pain, improve sleep, reduce symptoms related to injuries and chronic conditions, increase energy, lessen side effects from medications, move toxins, and more.

REMOTE REIKI

Since energy is not restricted by time and space, it is available remotely and is as effective as an in-person or live session. Remote sessions are ideal for those who are homebound, are without transportation, have a difficult schedule, travel frequently, live in a location where no practitioners exist, move away from the local vicinity of their regular practitioner, or just want to receive regular Reiki in a convenient way, at an affordable price.

Note: Reiki is not a substitute for professional medical treatment. Practitioners do not diagnose disease or recommend medical treatment. You are encouraged to seek the professional advice of your health care provider for health concerns.
