How coaching works

REIKI

Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese healing modality utilizing the guided life force energy which exists within each of us.

Although some practitioners mix spirituality with Reiki, I do not. Reiki is not a spiritual belief system or practice but a simple flow of non-physical energy that seeks its own path to balance. Although Reiki is channeled through an attuned practitioner, it is not guided by the mind, and so cannot be manipulated for misuse/harm. Likewise, its usefulness is not dependent on the the skill or experience of the practitioner.

Reiki's non-invasive approach is widely accepted by increasing numbers of western doctors, nurses, and medical centers who are embracing its benefits. Some even recommend Reiki treatments as a supplement or additional option for patients.

In 2004, I was initiated in the Second Degree of the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki Healing. I believe in Reiki's ability to activate healing and continually experience that healing in my own life. My sincere desire is to share this powerful form of healing and am available for both in-person and distance sessions, if you wish to experience Reiki for yourself.
