REIKI (ray-key) is a Japanese healing modality utilizing the guided life force energy which exists within each of us.

Reiki's non-invasive approach is widely accepted by increasing numbers of western doctors, nurses, and medical centers who are embracing its benefits. Some even recommend Reiki treatments as a supplement or additional option for patients.

What You Can Expect
Treatments consist of the practitioner laying hands on or near to the (fully clothed) body in several positions, usually starting at the head and ending at the feet.
At Qi to Wellness Studio, you will find a serene environment with relaxing music and pure essential oil aromatherapy is available upon request.
A typical in-studio session lasts about 45 minutes.
Distance sessions (where Reiki energy is sent to you) are shorter.
The Healer's Role
Although Reiki is channeled through an attuned practitioner, its usefulness is not dependent on the the skill or experience of the practitioner, who provides a pathway for the energy.
Reiki activates healing. I consistently experience that healing in my own life. My sincere desire is to share this powerful form of healing and am available for both in-person and distance energy sessions, if you wish to experience its benefits for yourself.
