WHAT

In your personalized coaching program, you will set goals, explore new foods, understand and reduce cravings, increase mindfulness at mealtimes, tap into your natural energy, and create a balanced lifestyle.

Each month you'll receive:

  • 2 one-hour sessions (phone or live)
  • Email support between sessions
  • Admission to a health seminar or group - teleclass, shopping tour, cooking class, etc
  • Access to online handouts, ebooks, podcasts, and other health materials
  • Food samples, recipes and self-care products

 

HOW

Health coaching helps you get to where you want to be using simple yet effective ways to begin eating in a self-caring way, so that you are 'fed' at the deepest levels. This approach provides meaningful, lasting results and tools for a lifetime of good health.
