Payment Policy
All services and products must be pre-paid. We accept payment on our web site with all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. Money orders or cash payments can be sent through the mail. Inquire for the mailing address. If sending payment through the mail, please conceal appropriately. If you have purchased a money order, keep your receipt. We are not responsible for payments that are lost or stolen in transit.
If sending payment through the mail, please include a note with your shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and the specific services or products you want to order, including item number (if applicable), description and quantity. If you are requesting a product that will be shipped by us, you can calculate your shipping charges on our web site by going through the checkout, or you can contact us for your shipping cost.
Return and Exchange Policy
Teleclasses, Groups and Workshops are non-refundable unless the sessions are cancelled in advance by us.
Private Health Counseling is refundable under the terms and conditions as explained in the Agreement that you receive and sign at time of enrollment.
Audio & Video Recordings and eBooks are non-refundable. All purchases of audio or video materials or eBooks are final.
If we make a mistake in filling your order and send you the wrong item then you can return it. We will pay for return shipping and give you a full refund or offer an exchange, your choice.
Privacy Statement
Credit card details are not retained. Any sensitive information that is written or printed in order to serve our customers is distroyed the same day as to protect your privacy and security.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, specific information regarding what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, and used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer. Visitor information (name & email) offered through our online eNews collector is used to send our newsletter and contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. Your name and email will be removed within 36 hours.
